5 tablespoons tahini
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove minced
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
7– 8 tablespoons purified water
1 tablespoon plain dairy or soy* yoghurt
Pinch sea salt
Pinch chilli powder
(GF, NF, DF*, V)
Combine the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, chilli powder, chilli sauce and mix thoroughly.
As it thickens add the water and beat until sauce runs freely off spoon.
Add the yoghurt and beat. Mixture should be smooth and easy to pour.
